Vancouver is known around the world as both a popular place to live and a popular place to visit. Vancouver is full of scenic views, mild climate and friendly people. Stanley Park borders the downtown of beautiful Vancouver. Another park you must visit is the Queen Elizabeth Park, which is located on a little mountain with breathtaking views and a chance to zip line. This park is about 130-acres. Lastly, VanDusen Botanical Garden showcases seasonal flowers and greenery.

Rogers Arena is the home of the Vancouver Canucks. You can catch various Canucks games as well as various concerts. BC Stadium is the home of the Vancouver Whitecaps. Great ways to spend a day watching them play some great soccer.

Must visit the beautiful beaches in Vancouver, B.C. Jericho Beach, is located seaside neighborhood of Kitsilano. You can enjoy a day on the sandy beach or play sports on the grassy area. Further, this is a great beach to host a picnic. Spanish Banks is located along the shores of the English Bay in the West Point Grey neighborhood. Catch some sun while you lie in the sand. The most popular beach in the summer is Kitsilano Beach located in the Kitsilano neighborhood. You will always find all kinds of people here during the summer months.

Capilano Suspension bridge which was constructed in 1889 is a must see. The bridge is 140 meters long and 70 meters above the river. The Capilano Suspension Bridge crosses the Capilano river in the District of North Vancouver. Feel the bridge sway and enjoy the scenic views as you walk across the bridge.

Vancouver will satisfy all your shopping needs. Visit Pacific Centre and Nordstorm for all your shopping. You will find a diversity of stores. If you want to do some shopping outdoors visit Robson Street. Walk the street as your go door to door visit your favorite shops. Also, visit Robson Square, which is a landmark civic center and public plaza. There is always something happening as the Square so be sure to check it out!
